P(X<c)=0.45
--> P((X-mean)/s <(c-1050)/218)=0.45
--> P(Z<(c-1050)/218)=0.45
--> (c-1050)/218 =-0.13 (check standard normal table)
--> c= 1050 -0.13*218=1021.66
