Vd is correct. You know that in parallel each split lines have equal Voltage. So Vd can represent as Battery Voltage

This is because the resistor D is connected in parallel to the battery and the entire battery voltage appears across the reisstor D. Also, all theother options do not have dimensions of voltage. Hence, this also makes it easier to eliminate them
