I write these two queries in structured query language because here i used MYSQL database.

3.SELECT CONCAT(first name, ',' ,last name)AS CustomerName,subtotal,ROUND(SalesTax,2),SUM(subtotal,SalesTax)AS Total FROM table ORDER BY last name;

Note:here inplace of table you have to mention the table name.

4.SELECT itemtypename AS name,price AS Total sold FROM table WHERE price>$40;

Note:here you have to mention the table name in place of table in the query and here price is nothing but total sold.
