Shopping Cart You are to write a program that reads the name of the item, the quantity of each item, and the cost per item from a file. The program will then print out the item and how much is owed for each item. After everything is read in, it will print out the total cost of the cart. Your program should have the following functions main - This function asks the user to enter a filename and then calls the function OpenFile (described below). The function then loops to read in the data, calls a function to compute how much is owed for that item, and prints the information as shown in the output. After all the items in the cart are processed, it prints the total amount owed for the cart openFile -This function has the filename that the user typed in passed into it. It opens the file, and makes sure that the file opened correctly. If it didn't, it should print the message "File not found" and will exit the program. It returns the file stream computeOwed- This function has the quantity and cost per item passed into it. It returns the amount owed for that item Although the output should be in table form DO NOT WORRY IF IT IS NOT - this worksheet will not grade the spacing.
