As fro the above information it can be seen that company has good financial and industry position but it is still not able to gain market share as it is still focusing only on market growth without focusing on market share, higher market share means more consumers and increased market coverage which even leads to promising customers so in order have more positive competitive position and stability position company should shift fro AGGRESSIVE strategy to COMPETITIVE strategy
