This particular markov chain is aperiodic i.e. it has periodicity=1 since transition to same state itself is possible.

Also, it is irreducible i.e. each and every state can be reached from every other state.

An irreducible, aperiodic Markov Chain with a finite state space will settle down to its unique stationary distribution in the long run and hence is time reversible.
