The major two advantages of delegation is that it reduces the workload of mangers and ensures division of labor. It also ensures that individuals with appropriate skills are assigned the right task. However one disadvantage is that tooany tasks would be given or delegated to one employee. This can be prevented by spreading it over various employees . Secondly, there would occur a chance of miscommunication as far as delegation is concerned with multiple people. Hence the possible barriers of commission must be elimaelimi and continous feedbacks is to be obtained.
