The following figures and tabulated data were obtained during the Phase diagram experiment for Pb-Sn using DSC machine. Tables 1-4 shows the wt % composition of Sn in Pb at different temperatures.

1) Use figures 1 and 2 , and Table 1 to plot the Temperature ({ }℃) against wt % composition of Sn in Pb.

2) Use the figures 1 and 2 , and Table 2 to plot the Temperature ({ }℃) against wt % composition of Sn in Pb on the same graph obtained from (1) above.

3) Use Table 3 to plot the Temperature ({ }℃) against wt % composition of Sn in Pb on the same graph obtained from (2) above.

4) Use Table 4 to plot the Temperature ({ }℃) against wt % composition of Sn in Pb on the same graph obtained from (3) above. (4-points)

5) Determine the eutectic wt % composition and Temperature. (1-points)

6) What is the temperature at which 80 wt % Pb-20 wt % Sn will touch the liquidus line (1points)

7) What is the temperature at which 86wt% Pb-14 wt % Sn will touch the solidus line. (1points)

8) At 50℃, what will be the wt % compositions on the solvus lines. (1-points)

9) What is the wt % compositions of α and L at 80 wt % Pb 20 wt % Sn when the temperature is exactly 250{ }℃. (2points)
