A) I looked through several different websites that discussed issues with Cable one, most of which were opinions by customers, due to the fact, that people will only talk about a service it was truly terrible. According to most of the responses on Yelp, Broad Band Now and consumer affairs , Cable One has outrageous prices, for little service that often times does not work. Some of the claims said that I pay over $120 a month for high speed internet and it has dropped three times in-and-out for several days in the last month. They never give an estimated time for when they will have the issue resolved and customer service is so lackadaisical in their attitude about the inconvenience they create.It is very hard to make someone care about something such as internet services, cable or telephone services, however it is easier to focus on the issues of high internet speeds and dated equipment.

There are many reviews about Cable One that reported extremely expensive service for poor quality internet, of over $120 per month for high-speed internet, when the internet has dropped almost three times for several days in the last month. However, contacting Cable One never proved useful for the customers, since they offer poor and inconvenient customer service that they are not even able to assure a time period under which the issue would be resolved. They also lack proper attitude while addressing the customer complaints.
