Here, below I m discussing the answer in paragraphs

Learning is an integral part of individual development, it is well said an individual learns till there death from birth, although individual differences are always there. A person learns and there learning pattern are different in different stages or phase of life like it varies from an infant. childhood, adolescences, and adulthood. Because as a person grow his capability and expansion of people and place take place from his early phase of life. An infant who falls in the age group of 0-2yrs is always learned the things with the help of his surroundings and with the play method where emotional and social learning is absent. The second phase of development is Childhood where an individual has a responsibility to get some knowledge of different subject and education in this period of life an individual learns social interaction and somehow from his environment. Third, a phase of learning is the adolescence stage of trial and correction stage this phase teach a lot to all because in this stage we take the crucial decision of our life like career, partner, etc. which is going to be with us for a long time. In this stage, an individual learns from his experiences. Last, the phase of life is Adult which go till our death if we calculate it in rough where probably everyone has learned a lot, in this phase an individual take decision with his past learning and mistake till this stage most of the people think they have learned a lot but, this stage of development also bring a learning of stability and maturity. This is a rough structure of learning an entire life of individual life in a different phase.

Formal and informal learning is two different patterns of learning which have there own pros and cons, where informal learning is giving priority in today's era more because it is based on practical learning more. As today people believe in trial and error method which teach an individual itself the lesson. This both learning impact entire learning phase of an individual. If an individual is learning with the formal method means he\she is learning from the given theory or method present in the environment or teaches bey there parent or teacher. Where, if an individual is learning from an informal method then he is going with trial and error method.

Culture always play a crucial part in learning because when we born we take birth within a family, culture, religion, and caste already decided. So, all our learnings also depended on this culture only whatever we thought from our elders. Culture impact in our whole persona because when come to the stage understanding of different culture and to take our own decision till we are already thought lots of cultural values which impact us throughout life.
