The above table shows that at different temperature conditions,the value of rate constant is always higher at ph value=6.

This means that the alanine is most reactive at ph value 6,at different value of temperature.It concludes that the alanine has its isoelectric point at that ph value .

Isoelectric point is that value of ph where the amino acids shows no net electric charge .
