partfrac((16*(s^2)+32*s+169)/(s^3+12*(s^2)+189*s+338))

To calculate partial fraction we use the function partfrac in matlab.It calculates the partial fractional decomposition w.r.t to variable provided.Just copy paste the above function in script or command window and run it.
