Since marginal cost is zero, Firms tend to maximize revenue.

We can see that total revenue is maximized at output level of 80 with price being $80 per barrel.

Output is 80, So, each firm will produce half of it i.e. 40 barrel.

Revenue of each firm =6400/2=$3200

So correct option is
