Answer #1

a)

Lift is a mechanical aerodynamic force generate by the motion of the airplane through the air. Because lift is a force and it is a vector quantity (have both magnitude and direction) .

A scientist named Daniel Bernoulli discovered that a faster moving fluid has exerts less pressure than a slower moving fluid Bernoulli's principle talks about how the speed of a fluid relates to the pressure of the fluid.

This is the principle acting on an airplane wing. The air (fluid) moving of the top of the wing confront a hurdle that it must go around and therefore its speed grow and its pressure falls . The distinction in pressure between the base and top of the wing outcome in more pressure at the base this pushing the wing upward into the sky.

the solid body must be in contact with the fluid( it there is no fluid present then no lift is possible ). Lift is initiate by the difference in velocity between the solid object and the fluid. There should be a motion between the object and the fluid. Lift acts perpendicular to the motion.
