I have used two pages to connect as it needs huge space to connect

1) Binary Down Counter

Reset LK U10 U1 7 ANpf11 D FF U2 U6 2 U5 10 AND3 R2 D FF AND3 U3 U13 U1513 OR2 AND3 CLK OR2 D FF U4 U16 AND4

2) Seven Segment Output top Design file. Those LED's have taken just to show you binary output of the down counter which will be easy to debug the segment output if it's wrong.
