if my rectified voltage equal to 9.713V, how can i calculate the voltage on the load resistent after the capacitor and the voltage after the regulater?

The voltage across the capacitor C2 = the voltage across the resistance

This is because both the capacitor are connected in parallel.

The voltage across the voltage regulator is 5V. Voltage regulator maintain the output voltage constant if the input voltage is in the range of 5V to 18V. Since the rectified voltage is 9.71V, the voltage across the regulator is 5V
