CaCO3 is a basic salt, hence on increasing pH, OH- ions increase in solution which by le Chaterliers principle will cause solubility equilibrium to shift to left, hence solubility will decrease. Lower pH will have higher solubility hence answer is pH 4.

Barium hydroxide will again have a higher solubility in acidic pH hence answer is pH 4

AgCl solubility is not much affected by change in pH. Hence answer is No.
