Please answer the below three for my research topic: How do Engineers value leadership? Write statement of purpose,description, and methodology. For methodology am thinking about interviewing professors/students and will analyze existing journal articles relating to our topic using library research. Thanks.

INTRODUCTION :- To understand the concepts of how leadership influenced engineers; first let us understand the meaning of leadership.

Leadership is exhausted when people influence others in a manner so that positive results can be achieved.

DESCRIPTION :- Leadership is the backbone of industrial development since innovation only takes place if the entire team works towards building products and services which will provide great benefit and add value to the society.

Engineers are a viral part of the society and they contribute highly towards development of products and services which add value to the company and the economy as a whole.

PURPOSE :- The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of leadership on engineers and how it moulds thr behavior of engineers towards achievement of goals of the company.

Example: The leadership of Steven Jobs for an example is the prime reason why Apple has become such a big brand name and has been able to capture a wide market share and has also become a 1 trillion dollar company.

METHODOLOGY :- If we were to evaluate the effect of leadership on engineers, and were reviewing the viewpoint or students and professors, we could select companies and then take their rating and analyze how big and effect leadership has on engineers. Their rankings can be compared with actual performance of these companies.

CONCLUSION :- To evaluate how big a factor leadership has been, companies to choose can be Apple - the pioneer of leadership ( Steven Jobs) and can include others such as Tesla Motors, and other names which have not done well because of lack of leadership can be General Motors.
