To obtain the probability of stock on that day closed at less than $900 per share, we have obtained the count of days when stock closes below $900 and then divide that number by total no. of days in given time period of last year.

No. of times stock closes below $900 = 0

total no of days= 250

Probability = 0

Since there is not a single day in a last year that stock falls below $900 value. which shows that probability that value of stock on day closed at less than $900 is almost 0.

This event is considered to be unusual event.

We have data of last year from which we got,

Minimum= 976.22

Maximum= 1268.33

Hence Google have to close the Stock value less than 976.22 or higher than 1268.33 then it would be considered statistically unusual for this scrip.
