1st bit is start character, to start the process

2nd and 3rd is slave address, 45th slave's data is requesting

4th and 5th is function code to read holding registers

6th to 13 is data

14 and 15 is crc

16 and 17 is end

on successful operation slave send the required data which is holding in slave' registers to master

if there is no error in functional code then slave will send the same functional code to master.
