1) The various ways in which leaders can ensure this is by paying heed to different opinions and aspects which are brought out of concern by the group members. He or she is required to analyse the advantages and limitation of each and explain to them regarding the need to ensure the compliance to the objectives. Set long term and short term goals to ensure growth in the required direction and promote sustainability.

2)During organizational change culture must nit be out first as it can hinder decision making and can cause individuals to be divided than United in many of the cases. This can cause a greater expenditure of time and resources. However, when it is put last, individual differences do not overpower the actual organizational objectives which is necessary for organizational change.

3) To ensure the compliance, it is necessary to obtain enough feedback and take into account the various concerns of the members and the organization. Monitoring and evaluation must be continued in order to ensure adherence to these initiatives.
