Amongst all these spectra we can see that borosilicate glass has only very less transmittance in the given region which is 800-1200 nm. That means borosilicate glass has absorption in the above mentioned region.

Other materials can not be used for optical purposes as informations are not provided.

So borosilicate glass can be used as optical material.
