Answer. 6 a) Negative allosterically regulation. Because the end product allosterically inhibit the enzyme activity thus cause the negative regulation.

Answer 6b) evolution favors the allosterically regulate the first step in an enzymatic sequence because the first reaction is the major step that attribute to next following step if first step is inhibit then all the following step will not occurs. So for reducing the enzymatic activity, first step should be regulated.
