Static random-access memory   :  is a type of semiconductor memory.

To move the mirrors, first loaded into an SRAM cell located at each pixel and connect it to the electrodes. Once all the SRAM cells have been loaded, the bias voltage is removed, allowing the charges from the SRAM cell to control, moving the mirror.
