You must address each of the four parts of this question with at least one thoughtful paragraph.

1. teamwork is very essential in any engineering project. Several engineering projects are divided into several parts that require knowledge of separate domains, so teamwork is very much required. Generally an engineer has a positive view on anything, is supportive and has good communication skills. Thus the engineer can effectively functions as a team member.

2. Leadership is very much anticipated in any kind of work. Engineers can lead any project smoothly. The leader should contribute greatly and also must have the capability to handle any striation. Thus an engineer can provide or assist in team leadership.

3. Good team work environment is also an important aspect in any project. As we know that engineering is not only a course of academics, rather it carries a lot of managerial knowledge. So a good engineer can build a good team work environment as he has learnt all these. So an engineer can definitely create a good team work environment.

4. Panning, scheduling and finishing could be best done by a n engineer. Planning requires a good optimisation and scheduling needs practical knowledge. So all team activities must be done efficiently. An engineer can handle the situation in any stage. Planning, scheduling, completion all are important to a project, and the engineer is perfect for the job.
