a) In the last meeting, there were talks of initiating some technological advances in the company. While new technological advances are necessary to stay relevant in the business line, they often bring issues of their own. for eg - Delivering products through drone will be a very expensive investment. the company needs high quality, advanced drones to deliver the packages safely, correctly without any damage. Also, the company will need to take training and development program to train the staff for this new technology.

It will also raise the issue and concerns related to privacy. Until now, drones have been seen as an intruder on privacy. Therefore, the company will need to make the necessary campaign to educate people about the usage of drones and to bring rules and regulations to maintain the privacy of our customers.

b) For effective management of the huge human resources of the company, Amazon needs to understand the needs of the employees and create an organizational culture of openness and creativity which will lead to innovation and advancement in our services. Moreover, the workforce is the driving force behind the tremendous success of the company and therefore, their hard work and efforts need to be appreciated and rewarded through various monetary as well as nonmonetary benefits. Also, the company needs to implement training and development programs in the organization for the skills development of the staff. This will bring down the cost of additional staff recruitment.
