Internet of Things:
Internet of Things(IoT) can be better described as unification & accessing of physical objects such as Smart Homes, Smart Cars, Industrial equipments , sensor based devices, electronics and other gadgets. With the ease & efficiency of IoT manually effort can be decreased to greater extent.
Emergence of IoT has paved a path to many multinational organization to come up with more & more technologies which stayed as a dream for the past generations. One of the significant outbreak from IoT is August Smart Lock. Using this people can unlock & lock without the actual need of keys. There are many situation where a persons may forget keys & travel miles back to collect it. It waved off this difficulty. Moreover, it can be shared with trusted accompanies like family,friends & relatives.
In recent days, the most household power consuming device is Air-Conditioner. One can save a lot of power consumption using IoT. If in a hurry, someone leaves to office without actually switching off AC , they can operate that device from any place & can switch it off. Similiarly , any other household or industrial devices can be done so.
IoT is attracting millions & billions of people with its outstanding performance and ease.
Merits:
1. Customer experience is improved to greater extent.
2.Business productivity is abundantly increased.
3. Energy & resources are saved to greater extents.
Demerits:
1. Risk management when transmitting confidential data.
2. Human resources and man effort is decreased. Leads to unemployments.
3. Many Humans more & more lazy.
