Hello, I was wondering if anyone can help with this assignment? Which tests would I have to use for these problems? I do not need them solved I just need help figuring out which tests to use

1. Male/Female a. Address the question of whether males and females differ in terms the number of children they think are ideal. b. Also address one other question about male/female differences that you find of interest.

2. Regional differences a. Do people in the different regions of the country (use the “region4” variable) differ in terms of their political views? You may look at either of the 2 variables that measures political orientation to answer this question (one of them is about Democrat/Republican, the other asks about liberal/conservative). If you do find a difference, please follow up with the appropriate test to specify where any difference(s) is/are, and the direction. b. Address one other question about possible differences across regions of the country that you find of interest in this dataset (any topic in the dataset).

3. Political orientation and opinion: Use one of the 2 political orientation questions (like you did in #2) to see if orientation can predict (hint hint) response to one of the 3 interval opinion questions (variables #28, 30 or 32, you pick).

4. Education level and “cultural interest” (tv, music, museums, etc): You make a hypothesis (prediction) and test it based on the available variables.
