So, the length of the lot is:

You should add the integer with the integer and the fractions with the fractions.

$Length=40'+18'+150'+\frac{3}{4}'+\frac{1}{2}'$

In improper fraction is:

$Length=\frac{837}{4}'$

And in proper fractions is:

$Length=209\frac{1}{4}'$
