Answer. A) we can tell a food product sample contain by checking the presence of 35S DNA band on gel. If 35S band is present then DNA is present, if no 35S then no DNA.

B) wild type soy is the negative control as this show only band of tubulin, roundup ready is the positive control because it has both band tubulin and 35S
