1.Behaviour of a person cannot be changed or altered by someone because it forms individual's characteristics.George at the meeting can provide his suggestion, happening or points from his end to defend Charlie's comment  if found any mistake and leading a healthy talk in presence of the head and find a solution with the help of them

2.Taking up directly to a person is possible only when the opposing party is in a state to listen and correct oneself.When George tries to take up his concern directly to Charlie it could sometimes end in cold war between them in the work place so it is better to be discussed in the meeting, because meetings are conducted to rectify faults and go for appraisal for an organization progress.
