Knightia fish:

It is an extinct genus of clupeid clupeiform bony fish habitat in fresh water. It is belongs to Eocene epoch and taxonomic family as herring and sardines

Anatomy features:

1. It has rows of dorsal side and ventral scutes from the back of the head to medial fins.

2. knightia fish contains heavy scales and small conical teeth their size is vary species to species

Note:

i. knightia eocaena was longest upto 25 centimeters

ii. knightia atla was shorter and average between 6 to 10 centimeters
