The following dataset is part of a larger study on marketing plan implementation in the banking industry. Using a survey, the researchers asked a sample of marketing managers to rate the success of their banks' latest marketing plan implementation effort on a 1-7 scale (1 = very unsuccesful; 7 = very successful).
The researchers then grouped the sample into two categories based on the size of the banks.
1) Are small banks more or less successful at implementing their marketing plans than large banks? Explain your answer.
