Everyone..... I would like to add that most white collar criminals have no prior experience with the criminal justice system, and the question of what could happen looms understandably large in their minds. Also, in most cases, it is so true that they have the resources to utilize the best attorneys to help they weigh out all of their options.

Because of this reason, and if there were no such huge public disclosures about the "Enron's" and the "Worldcom's" of the past, do you think that white collar crime would be such a big deal today?

Answer #1

Answer:-

I might want to include that most office culprits have no related knowledge with the criminal equity framework, and the topic of what could happen lingers justifiably expansive in their brains. Additionally, as a rule, it is true to the point that they have the assets to use the best lawyers to enable they to weigh out the majority of their alternatives.

Due to this reason, and if there were no such tremendous open divulgences about the "Enron's" and the "Worldcom's" of the past, do you imagine that desk wrongdoing would be such a major ordeal today?
