Answer #1

First of all we will make state table. In which we will define present state and Next state. For sequence A if p.s.(present state) is 1(01) then next state will be 2(10). And when p.s. is 3(11) then n.s. will be again 0(00). Like that we will make our state table then using excitation table of D flip flop we will find the state of flip flop. Then using k-map we will find the equation for input of D flip flop. Then using gate and flip flop we will make circuit diagram. Let's solve the problem:

Seauence A: o,1, 2,3 Sequence2: 0, 2,\,2 for Ceo → Sequence A- Cz1. → Sequence B Flip flop Next state Prepent 8taea Circuit 3^. CMse) ⑥ ROM-based Circuit: GX2) ROM 苷 Do

In this lab, you will design a finite state machine to control the tail lights of an unsual car. There are three lights on each side that operate in sequence to indicate thedirection of a turn. Figure ! shows the tail lights and Figure 2 shows the flashing sequence for (a) left turns and (b) right rums.
