1) the principle one should consider while positionng the patient to protect him from pain and injury is to diagnose for internal kaposi sarcoma.. include fecal occult blood test and under endoscopy.

4) although there is no proven way to comlrtelly prevent kaposi sarcoma you can signifivcantly lower your risk by avoiding the known risk factors for HIV especially by avoiding risky sexual practices such as having unprotected sex and using intravenous needles that have been used by some one else.
