Quality Management
In my opinion, I think it is to “improve constantly and forever the system of production and service, to improve quality and productivity, and thus constantly decrease costs.”
Mainly, decreasing costs. In the United States, it is more “normal” to find business’ outside of the U.S to produce product and supplies for companies. Although companies are constantly improving production to improve quality, they are only decreasing costs for themselves. For example, a company from the U.S is making products for $3.99 a piece/selling at $12.99 a piece. If they go outside of the U.S they could be paying $1.00/selling at $12.99, meaning much more profit for themselves/company but not helping the customers buying the product.
