As a linux system administrator ,you will have teams/groups of employees of the following: Sales, Software Development, Accounting, and Information Technology. how would you solve this business requirement , both technically and securely as a new hire ?

(1) As a Linux system administrator first of all I will demand those Sales , Software Development , Accounting and information Technology employees to fulfill the following requirements which belongs to their department .

Requirements :

(for Information Technology employee)

• MCSE/MCSA required.
• Fluent English.
• Laptop/Desktop hardware support experience.
• High level of service and support.
• Previous experience in working on tickets via assigned queues, Sophos anti-virus, workstation imaging (Acronis), Webex use and administration.
• Detail oriented including documentation and follow-up.
• Full time position+ overtime and on-call duties.

(for Software Development employee)

• Proficient w/min 3 years SQL and DB modelling/dev experience.
• Proficient w/min 2 years C#.NET.
• Proficient w/min 2 years JavaScript/typescript/HTML w/ Ajax service calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and teach others.

(for Sales employee)

• Progress and achieve the annual and quarterly business sales target for Africa
• Develop and support new and existing business and technical partnerships across Africa
• Create, follow up and develop new sales opportunities
• Build company and product line brand awareness in Africa
• Participate in customer presentations, exhibitions, seminars and marketing activities
• Support the continued expansion of TEOCO’s African customer base

(for Accounts employee)

• Responsible for month end close: accruals, prepayments, and journal entries.
• Producing monthly management reporting pack and variance analysis for management’s review.
• Maintain & manage the general ledger.
• Project reporting and analysis.
• Control accounts reconciliation.
• Management of bank accounts.
• Monthly balance sheet reconciliation and necessary adjustments.
• Keeping the company up to date on all statutory requirements/submissions across the region.
• Company secretarial requirements
• Working with external auditors at local and group level to complete audits for reporting entities.
• Manage and reconcile petty cash balance each month

(2) Then with the help of software development and IT team I'll analyze and find the product which is needed by each & every customer and also easily owned by them .

(3) After the launch of the every product I'll take those products to the customers through my sales team members by using the logic which will easily reachable to each and every customers .

(4) Then finally my team accountant will help my team to know about our products details such as products produced , products distributed , products sold , products returned , products wasted ,....

(5) By following the above given steps as a Linux system administrator , I'will have solve all the business requirement as both technically and securely using my Sales, Software Development, Accounting, and Information Technology team members .
