Managing employees relations and procedures, is biggest elements in organisation behaviour which encompasses employees engagement protocols. Employers try to maintain weekly engagement programs, qualitative feedback programs, mentoring and reverse mentoring programs, compensation transparency prigrams, onsite project development and conduct training programme for individuals.

These helps in reducing attrition rate and employee turnover, helps in making fortune500 brand imagery, helps in boosting retention rate and employee productivity, higher team performance, better appriasals and leadership roles and overall higher employment efficiency.

Human resources play huge role in organisation development which is crux for developing great relations.

HRD role in human resources is to manage talents and acquire them based on cultural fitment, development of Employment satisfaction and engaging Activities, transforming organisation , change management, maintaining ethical protocols.

Managers are responsible for coaching and mentoring subordinate and devising career paths as well as guiding teams. Organisation must train managers in leadership and people management through induction for better productivity.

HRD functional within Organisation can manage changes through devising strategic framework and balanced scorecard measures as well as performance evaluation charts and then taking decisions based on intuition and cross functional collaboration.

HRD functional can influence ethical standards and behaviour by training program and contractual obligations when joinibg of new employment takes place. People are not moral ethical by nature and hence need to be given training and Underlying principles of ethical rules and framework and its key Implications and taking tests and exams help them better realise it
