1.Significance of drinking coffee: coffee its an antioxidants .Antioxidants fight inflammation, an underlying cause of many chronic conditions, including arthritis, atherosclerosis and many types of cancer. They also normalise  free radicals, which occur naturally as a part of regular metabolic functions, but which can cause oxidative stress that leads to chronic disease.Antioxidants help us healthy at the micro-level by protecting our cells from damage. Finally, chlorogenic acid, an important antioxidant almost exclusively in coffee, is also thought to help prevent cardiovascular disease. Coffee can helps her to maintain the level of sodium with the limited intake.

2.Any fresh or frozen beef, lamb, pork, poultry and fish.

Eggs and egg substitutes.

Low-sodium peanut butter.

Dry peas and beans (not canned)

Low-sodium canned fish.Drained, water or oil packed canned fish or poultry.

3.Acute hyponatremia can lead to much more severe complications  such as cerebral edema, brain disease, herniation of the brain, cardiopulmonary arrest, seizure, coma and even death.

4. She should need convulsion precautions other wise she has a chances to getting other Severe and rapidly evolving causes seizures, which are usually generalized tonic-clonic, and generally occur if the plasma sodium concentration rapidly decreases to <115 mEq/L.

5.Common electrolytes are :Calcium -3.47 +/- 1.45 mval/l, chloride -113.1 +/- 15.5 mval/l , magnesium -2.60 +/- 0.46mg/dl, phosphorus -1.11 +/- 0.21mg/dl , sodium -132.3 +/- 17.6 mval/l, potassium - 2,59+/-0.37 mval/l.
