It could be due to Staphylococcus infection ,Human pappiloma virus and Herpes virus.Both HPV and Herpes have similarities.Warts are one of the most common symptom of HPV .

Like HPV,herpes might not have indications and in some cases the manifestations are mild to the point that they go unnoticed.So in this circumstance the kid had warts ,so I think the conceivable determination is Human pappiloma infection disease.
