Health disparities resulted from improper care to the patient. Poor socio-economic status, lack of coordination, discrimination can leads to health disparities. Nurse is a unique profession ,that can provide care and services to others.

*care provider: As a care provider,a nurse should provide care to their patient without any discrimination. Nurse should be empathetic towards the patient .

*Team leader: The role of a team leader is to collaborates other team members to provide effective services and care. Provide necessary information and education to other team members.

*Educator: Teaching is an intellectual process. Arrange classes and provide information regarding the medical conditions and nursing care to others.

* Collaborator: The RN has the responsibility to collaborates the patient care with the multidisciplinary team members to decrease the adverse effect . Maintain the information regarding the patient highly confidential.

*Researcher: RN can conduct research to find out the reason for health disparities in their health care settings and possible solutions to resolve it. With the application of Nursing principles, nurse can rebuild the capacity of caring and professionals practices.
