1. Evidence based practice is the use of or implementation of a particular care by having proper evidence or based on evidence and rationale that it is functional in nature .
This is a co existing phenomen but not widely used . Its there in all the books and application of this helps to provide a better care , further research options in nursing field and early patient discharge and positive outcome .
2. SWOT analysis is the strategic planning technique that is used help a person or organization to identify it's strength, weakness, opportunities and threats .
Its a phenomena which is both applicable in professional and personal life . Hence it's a very good technique to understand our strengths and weaknesses and how to overcome and deal with them .
