Answer #1

83) opt3 is the right one because non verbal communication it is self explanatory non verbal meaning without using words with eye contact or through sighing communicating the information.

84) opt4 is the right one bladder retraining is a task similar to toilet training to the kids we must be patience enough while retraining giving the patient emotional support and a confidence that they cam do it. If we get irritated or yell at them they will be scared and loose the confidence and cannot achieve the aim of bladder retraining.

85) opt1 is the right one deep breathing promotes clearance of the mucus from the lungs.

5) opt3 is right one as in a stroke patient when he is recovering due to weakness and increased pain of muscle of the effected side the patient cannot withstand the weight on both limbs equally and require support of the effected side.

23)opt4 is the right one as more than 70% of our body is made of water it adds to intravascular volume , and proper functioning of kidney and removal of all toxins from body.

24) opt2 is the right one objective information means which is true measurable and could be quantified eg: lab reports showing RBS>200 suggests diabetes
