The number of possible keys is greater than or equal to the number of possible plaintexts. 2. The key is selected uniformly at random from the key space. 3. A key should only be used ‘once’.

1.the number of possible keys is equal to number of plain texts.It is difficult to identify receiver to decrypt data.security is also less.

2.The key is selected randomly from key space.It is also less security by selecting one key from many keys.

3.we can't say ,a key is used more than one time.
