The answer is TRUE because though the person who is HIV positive donates blood products which has not been tested and received by other person increases the chance of infection. But the international regulations fosters q thorough assessment and evaluation of screening of the blood products collected from donors. If any blood product is suspected and identifief it would be disposed.

Thus this means transmission of HIV through blood products don't occur.
