Answer: The diversity in organisations means the work place where different people from different groups, race etc work together. Working with multiple cultured people is sometimes challenging as most of the time things what we assume or think correct may not be considered right by them. Different people have their various thoughts and values. We should always respect them and consider them. There is sometimes ethical issues in agreeing on the same thing because although the organisation is same but people have different points of view. We should have balanced relationship towards our team and organisation members that will help the organisation to run smoothly.

A human resource department manages the business offshore, recruitment, distrudistri of wages as well as benefits. Due to low demand of workers, company may shift the workload to the lesser paid workers. This affects the human resource department. The human resource management manages the offshore functions and the workload increases.

There are many employment challenges faced by the role of human resource as compensation which includes the excess workload but less payment. Challenge face by them due to change in management such as improper management or less active management. Increase in workload is the major challenge as salary is low.
