According to the Health Resource and Services Administration (HRSA) these special populations as generally the migrant and seasonal farm workers, people who are experiencing homelessness, residents of the public housing, and Native Hawaiians. According to the Uniform Data Systems (UDS), CHCs served In 2012,

1,121,037 individuals experiencing homelessness,
