Then the dietary representative presented the team with dietary's protocols and suggested that nurses integrate these because nurses were in charge of the pathway maintenance. Next, Nurse Witte discovered why the local home health care representative was not returning phone calls and could not come to team meetings for quite a while: the group was planning a move in 1 month and was just notified of that The Joint Commission (TJC) would be visiting in 3 months. whose problem is it

The issue is basically an administration issue on part of peak the executives of the doctor's facility. It is unquestionably not an issue of medical attendant Olovia Witte who is attempting to build up a basic consideration pathway for ventilation subordinate patients whose exertion anyway is getting hindered for resistance from different partners.Thus the problem belongs to apex management of the hospital, which must own and solve such systemic problem. The problem consists of lack of coordination (amongst various staff of hospital), Lack of professional respect ( on part of Doctors when they know very well how important the intended effort is for the patients) , refusal to shoulder responsibility ( on part of dietary representative). What is pervading amongst all is a sense of irresponsibility..poor hard working attitude and show of lazy mentality towards releasing proficient obligations and duties on parts of specialists, dietary delegates and in addition neighborhood human services agent. It shows up is that underlying driver is absence of administration and control on part of summit the executives which has brought things to such dimension.
