Answer #1

Drug order: 150mg/ IM

Drug available: 400mg/2ml

400mg:2ml

200mg: 1ml

100mg: 0.5ml

50mg: 0.25ml

Dose: 150mg

So

0.25ml+0.25ml+0.25ml= 50mg+50mg+50mg

0.75ml= 150mg

Answer:

0.75ml
